Most people don’t lose their days in the afternoon.

They lose them before breakfast.

Every decision made after falling behind becomes reactive instead of intentional. Stress begins to accumulate, unfinished tasks pile up, and the rest of the day becomes an attempt to recover what was already lost.

I’ve learned that when I win the morning, the entire day feels different.

The goal isn’t simply to wake up early.

The goal is to complete meaningful work before the world begins demanding your attention.

Even one uninterrupted hour can completely change the trajectory of a day.

Momentum is easier to maintain than it is to create.

Tomorrow morning is another opportunity.

Protect it.

Reflection Question:

What one important task could you complete before most people even begin their day?
