When the Body Fights Back

The spirit may be willing, but the body eventually demands discipline too.

You can’t pour from a neglected vessel.

You can’t sustain divine purpose while rejecting divine order.

When the body breaks down, it’s not betrayal — it’s feedback.

It’s your physical self saying: “You’re not listening.”

Fatigue, headaches, weakness — these are not enemies.

They’re alerts from the system you’ve been entrusted to maintain.

You’re not being punished. You’re being reminded.

Even strength must be stewarded with wisdom.

Reflection Question: Where are you mistaking divine feedback for failure?

~ Praise God
