What Have I Done?

How many poor choices does it take before you decide to make better ones?

Self-sabotage whispers louder than progress.

Regret piles up faster than victories.

And the cost is always greater than we imagined.

We think our actions float in isolation.

They don’t.

Every word, every choice, every delay — it all lands somewhere.

The truth is sobering:

Life is not just what happens to you.

Life is what happens through you.

The moment you realize that, change stops being optional.
