There Is a Cloud

When mental fog, guilt, and discouragement begin to mount.

There’s a war that happens in silence.

A mental fog that slowly thickens until everything feels heavy.

It’s not that you’ve given up.

It’s that you feel stuck—like your own bad habits are fighting against the good ones you’ve built.

It’s confusing when you know what’s right,

but still fall into what’s wrong.

And even worse when you don’t even know why.

This is what spiritual warfare often looks like:

Cycles that choke clarity.

Clouds that drain urgency.

And guilt that grows louder than grace.

But even in this state—

God still hears.

God still helps.

And there’s still a way forward.

Cry out.

Don’t hide it. Don’t fake it.

This is not the end.
