The Fire You Don’t Waste
When your emotions rise, it’s not the time to run — it’s the time to refine.
Everything inside wanted to quit.
Late again. Hungry again. Tired again. Every reason to throw in the towel was whispering at once. Yet the pen moved anyway.
That’s not weakness — that’s war.
Every time frustration pushes to the surface, it’s revealing the part of you that still needs to be forged. The battle isn’t against time or lateness — it’s against letting emotions dictate obedience.
When you write through irritation, you’re proving to Heaven that your devotion isn’t conditional. You’re saying, “Even when I’m angry, I’m still aligned.”
The world doesn’t need more calm perfection. It needs more people who worship through exhaustion, who create through chaos, who keep the fire burning when every reason says “stop.”
That’s the kind of fire you don’t waste.
Reflection Question:
When frustration strikes, do you feed the fire — or forge something through it?
~ Praise God
