The old self can’t follow.
Every time you push through a page, a workout, a discipline—you stretch capacity. The old self can’t breathe at this altitude. The new self thrives where the old one suffocates. If it feels uncomfortable, good—that’s proof you’re breaking limits.
Reflection Question: Where do you need to stretch so far the old version of you can’t survive there?
