Mind Like a Fortress

Every time you say “I can’t” or “I’m not good at that..."

You’re placing a brick on the wall that limits your growth.

And over time, that wall becomes a fortress.

But not the kind that protects you.

The kind that imprisons you.

Thoughts shape trajectories.

Language sculpts belief.

And if you’re not careful, the wrong sentence becomes a life sentence.

You must become violent with limiting thoughts.

Slice them off mid-sentence.

Disallow them entry.

If your mind is not guarded, it will be invaded.

By excuses.

By negativity.

By poison disguised as personality.

Train your mind like your life depends on it.

Because it does.
