In All Labor There Is Profit

There’s a kind of work that pays in silence.

A kind of labor that doesn’t reward you with applause or cash.

But still leaves you richer than you were before.

The world says profit is found in results.

God says profit is found in obedience.

Sometimes the reward is wisdom.

Sometimes it’s endurance.

Sometimes it’s a sharper voice, a clearer spirit, or a heart that no longer flinches under pressure.

This is what it means to walk in purpose:

To work when you feel empty.

To obey when there’s no recognition.

To keep going even when no one claps.

Not all profit is visible.

But every act of obedience sharpens something in you.

And that edge is worth more than gold.
