Few write every day.

Many people call themselves disciplined.

Few consistently do difficult things.

Identity isn’t established by what you say.

It’s established by what you repeatedly do.

I’ve realized that writing is no longer something I occasionally practice.

It’s becoming part of who I am.

At some point, repetition crosses an invisible line.

You stop forcing the habit.

The habit starts shaping you.

Even my writing hand is beginning to change from the amount of time I spend with a pen.

That made me smile.

Because it’s physical evidence that my actions are changing me.

Everything leaves a mark.

The question is whether your daily actions are leaving marks you’re proud of.

Your habits are writing your identity long before anyone else notices.

Choose them carefully.

Reflection Question

If someone could only observe your daily actions, what identity would they conclude you have?
