Focus Is a Muscle

Train it under pressure.

Distraction always auditions. Focus is forged when you refuse to cast it. Snap back when your mind drifts: “These pages won’t write themselves.” Each time you return, the muscle grows stronger. Focus isn’t gifted—it’s trained under pressure.

Reflection Question: How quickly do you snap back when distraction pulls at you?
