Excuses Are Chains

Every time you make one, you tighten your own restraints.

Excuses feel like relief, but they’re really bars on a cell.

Every time you justify weakness, the cell door closes tighter.

You say “I’m tired,” and your mind learns permission.

You say “I’ll start tomorrow,” and your momentum dies tonight.

Freedom doesn’t come from escape — it comes from execution.

When you move anyway, when you act regardless, when you keep your word even when it hurts — that’s when you’re finally free.

Reflection Question: What excuse has been robbing you of your next level, and what action could destroy it today?

~ Praise God
