Eliminate the Noise

Focus is a decision, not a mood.

Not everything that feels good is useful.

Not everything that’s common is harmless.

Noise drains intensity. Music, distractions, constant input—used carelessly, they blur clarity. Focus sharpens when excess is removed, not added.

The mind doesn’t need constant stimulation.

It needs direction.

Silence isn’t empty. It’s strategic.

Reflection Question:

What input has been stealing intensity under the excuse of comfort?
