But excellence doesn’t work that way.

Whatever season you’re in is training you for the next one.

Every conversation.

Every responsibility.

Every challenge.

They’re preparing you for opportunities you haven’t earned yet.

Leave every season knowing you gave it everything.

Not because the season deserved it—

Because your future does.
